We calculate the credits based on your RAW episode minutes.

If your RAW audio is let’s say 43 minutes, you need 43 credits in your account to get it edited. It’s that simple.

We offer a 2 day turnaround (Monday to Sunday) time on our podcast editing service.

If you’re ordering episode editing only, they will be back within 2 days, but if you’ve selected add-ons like show notes, audiogram,or video version, each add-on will add 1 extra day, and will be delivered after we deliver the edited episode.

For example, if you’ve ordered an episode with the show notes add-on.

We’ll take 2 days to edit the episode and 1 extra working day to write the show notes, making the total delivery time 3 days.

Once payment is processed, you’ll be automatically taken to an onboarding form where you can submit your episode details.

Unlimited. Yes, you heard that right; we offer unlimited revisions to the podcast edits until you’re satisfied.

You can communicate directly with your editor through our portal at https://app.podcastbuffs.com or by email when submitting and providing feedback on episodes.

You don’t need to sign any contracts when working with us. All our subscriptions are month-to-month and you’re free to cancel your subscription whenever you want.

We will write the show notes from scratch based on your episode. We proofread it to make sure it has perfect grammar and is plagiarism-free. Strictly no AI content.

Your SEO-optimized show notes will have content that stimulates your listeners’ curiosity and encourages them to listen to your episodes.

You do! You have 100% ownership of the edited podcast episode, show notes, audiograms, and edited video we create for you.

This also includes the files we create and modify as required by the order. Plus, all the deliverables.

Yes, if you’re unhappy with our work at any point, you can ask for a refund, and we’ll process it.
